Kidding Season 2024

We will have both registered and unregistered kids with amazing genetics behind them, suitable for pets, homesteading, dairy, and showing.
Our herd is negative for CL, CAE, Johnes, TB, and Brucellosis. All kids will be disbudded. Our kids will be dam raised unless she is unable to care for them, but will be well socialized and loved by us until they leave for their new homes.
We require that anyone buying from us purchase two kids or already have goats at home. Goats are a herd animal and do not do well alone. We may negotiate pricing to keep siblings or bonded pairs together. We will ask that adequate shelter (dry, draft free, clean bedding) and fencing be in place before the pick up date. The number one reason people give up on keeping goats is that it is difficult to keep them inside a fence. We strongly recommend No Climb Horse Fencing secured by cedar posts. We have never had a goat escape from this fencing.
Goats require quality hay and goat minerals, and to have their feet trimmed on a regular basis. Owning a goat means carrying feed and water to them at least twice a day, 365 days a year. Please be committed to caring for them.
Contact us if you would like to be put on our Kid List. This does not commit you to purchasing, but we will contact you when the kids are born and you will have first refusal. We will require a non-refundable $50 deposit when the selected kid is two weeks old to consider them reserved. We will refund the deposit if we are for any reason unable or unwilling to provide the kid to you. We reserve the right to retain any kid.
